Carol-Ann is a life-long citizen of Oregon graduating from Clay High School in 1961.  She obtained a Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green State University and a Masters Degree from The University of Toledo both in Elementary Education.  Carol-Ann taught a total of 39 years retiring from Oregon City Schools in 2004.  She and her husband, Robert, have a married son and four teen-aged grandchildren.
