Bullying is hostile, destructive behavior, intentional and persistent in nature, directed at another individual. It can be perpetrated by a single individual or a group.  Bullying can take on many forms; physical, verbal, relational and cyber.

It is a myth to believe that bullying only occurs between juveniles.
