The use of email, text messages, online video blogs, social networking, web pages, and other electronic means to intentionally harm another individual is cyberbullying. Attacks on persons through cyber space are a growing concern. Harmful statements become easier to send or post as the electronic medium provides the perpetrator distance and even anonymity. The public attacks which occur on the web can be extremely damaging to the victim.
