| Per Ohio revised code (Ohio Senate Bill 311) and Oregon Board of Education policy, Clay High School allows students the opportunity to experience learning and the acquisition of skills through instruction or study outside of the traditional classroom. Credit flexibility options are designed to accommodate those students who demonstrate the ability, interest, and maturity to accept personal responsibility for their learning in a selected curricular area, and who are willing to pursue learning beyond the typical classroom setting. Students interested in participating in the credit flexibility option for the 2011-2012 school year should see their counselors prior to May 1, 2011.
