The Score For Your School Spring Sports Program offers participants the opportunity to purchase Frito-Lay products to earn points for their high school. The top three high schools that collect the most points in the state of Ohio will each win a prize.

The Program began on February 1, 2011, and ends on May 31, 2011. When you purchase any Frito-Lay product, look for the 9-digit product code located below the "guaranteed fresh" statement on the front of chip bags, or the first 9 digits of the 13-digit code located on the bottom of jarred dips and salsas.  Enter this code at www.scoreforyourschool.com to earn Points for Clay High School. Each code is worth one point. LIMIT: YOU MAY ENTER THREE (3) CODES PER DAY. Grand Prize is  $10,000. First Prize is $5,000. Second Prize is $1,000.

To obtain a Code without making a purchase, send a hand-printed 3" x 5" card with your full name and address (including city, state and zip code) in a first-class, stamped envelope to: Score For Your School Spring Sports Program Code Requests, PO Box 760006, El Paso, TX 88576-0006. Requests must be received by May 10, 2011. Limit one (1) request per stamped-outer envelope.
