Meat & Seafood
Fundamental Skills & Principles
Understanding Side Dishes
Classic Culinary Methods
Small and Large Plate Design
Advanced Culinary Cuisine
Large Party & Banquet Desserts

Pre-Requisite: High School Diploma or equivalent

Next Class begins: January 10, 2011

Monday - Thursday

4:15 - 10:15 p.m.

25 Weeks (includes a 70 hour externship)
