  • Product ID & Food Service Equipment
  • Meat & Seafood
  • Fundamental Skills & Principles
  • Understanding Side Dishes
  • Classic Culinary Methods
  • Small and Large Plate Design
  • Advanced Culinary Cuisine
  • Large Party & Banquet Desserts

Pre-Requisite: High School Diploma or equivalent

Next Class begins:   January 10, 2011

Monday - Thursday

4:15 - 10:15 p.m.

25 Weeks (includes a 70 hour externship)

Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. (Apply early)
