Enrollment for all Oregon residents wishing to enroll their children into Oregon City Schools has now been moved online. Click on the enroll link below to create an account to begin the enrollment process.  If you are interested in enrolling your child using our Open Enrollment policy, please contact Kristen Mottmiller at 419-693-0661, Ext. 3301 for an open enrollment application.

Enroll NEW Student(s)

Once you have submitted your enrollment information online, or if you have any questions about the process, please contact Kristen Mottmiller at 419-693-0661, Ext. 3301 to schedule an appointment to finish enrolling your child(ren). Make sure you bring in all the required paperwork to your appointment.  You will be seen by appointment only.  Hours of registration are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Required Documents (at time of Appointment):
  • Proof of Residency
  • Birth Certificate
  • ID
  • Custody Papers (if applicable)
  • IEP/ETR/MFE (if applicable)
  • Transcripts (for high school students), a copy of the child’s grade card or transcript is required
  • Withdrawal Papers from previous school
  • Immunization record (Must have for Kindergarten registration)
  • Physical and Dental Examination
The Registration Office is located at the Administration Building, 5721 Seaman Road, next to Clay High School.

*Temporary Residency If you are temporarily living with someone, you will need to fill out the Temporary Residency form.  The form must be completed and signed in front of a Notary Public.  Two proofs of residency are required for both parties.  If interested in Intra-District Transfer, please contact the Principal of that school.
