The Board of Education of the Oregon City School District met in special session on the 18th of September, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. at the Maumee Bay State Park, Oregon, Ohio with the President calling the meeting to order. The following members answered roll call:
Mrs.Carstensen, Mr.Gabel, Mr.Heintschel, and Mrs. Karoly.

The Board of Education proceeded to have a work session led by Jack Marsick. Other individuals attending work session were Superintendent Dr. Mike Zalar and Treasurer, Jane Fruth.

Representatives from the Auditor of State’s office reviewed the process and purpose of the upcoming Performance Audit and answered board member questions and concerns.

No action was taken during this meeting.

Mrs. Carstensen made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Karoly to adjourn meeting at 3:00p.m.. All members voted yes. Meeting was adjourned.
