If there is a change in your child's regular afternoon mode of transportation, please send a note to your child's teacher that morning.  This helps the teacher and office be aware of the change in transportation.  Please do not e-mail the teacher the day of the transportation change as it may not be retrieved in time to make the change.  This is also the case with any emergency information.  If a note is unable to be sent in, please contact the office by 12:00 p.m.  This will allow ample time to communicate the message to the teacher and be sure that your child is being transported home safely according to your wishes.   Remember, a note is always the best option as it puts the information in writing for the teacher and office staff.
