The Starr Elementary Student Council consists of students in fourth and fifth grade.  The Student Council participates in a variety of events and fundraisers for the betterment of the student body and the Oregon community.  With each new school year, different student council members are chosen from each classroom.  Please encourage your child to be part of our Starr Elementary Student Council!
