Toledo Refining Company/PBF Energy has been a long standing partner with OCS. The Toledo Refining Company (TRC) provides annual funds to OCS, specifically, Coy Elementary which is located near the refinery.  

Funds support STEM supplies for students and teachers, parent activities, and facility upgrades..  We are very grateful to have TRC in our backyard and the support of their leadership. 

In addition, Michael Gudgeon, Plant Manager of TRC, sits on the OCS Business Advisory Committee.  Superintendent Hal Gregory and Coy Principal Amy Molnar sit on the TRC Community Advisory Committee.
