2014-2015 Student Re-registration Print E-mail

You will need an active parent portal account, and ezPay account for August registration.

You should have received a mailing which was sent out on July 18, which included instructions for student re-registration.

 Student accounts will not have access to the registration application.  Therefore, it is necessary for all parents to activate their own parent portal accounts, if they have not already done so, in order to complete returning student registration beginning August 6 thru August 13.  Parents will login to their PowerSchool parent portal, and click on the “Applications” link to begin the registration process (a circular arrow at the top right-hand side of the blue menu bar).  In addition to accessing student registration, parents can also update contact preferences using the PowerAnnouncement application, which can’t be done through the student portal.  Any parent having problems with their parent portal account should contact Linda Toth at 419-693-0661 x3273 or   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Parents who complete the returning student registration, and pay fees online (more info below), will have access to their student’s class schedule through the parent portal. It can take up to 48 hours to enable parent portals, with access to schedules, once fees are paid. If parents do not have access to the internet, there will we be an opportunity at Clay High School on August 13, to use a school computer to complete registration, and pay fees in person. 

Online Fee Payments (Transaction Fees Are Waived During The Month Of August!)

We will be using SPS EZPay, the same system many parents have used for years to manage student’s lunch accounts, to offer online fee payments.  In addition to adding funds to lunch accounts, you will also be able to pay student fees for every child in one transaction. The system will allow parents to add fees to their shopping cart and pay for as many or as few fees as they desire in one transaction.  For those who are unfamiliar with the system, it will also e-mail you when your child’s lunch balance falls beneath $10.  To pay fees online, you only need your child’s student ID# to create an account at www.spsezpay.com/OregonCity.  Parents will not be required to pay online.  They can still pay by check in person August 13, at Clay High School.
