The Starr Elementary Parents Group is composed of persons who are interested in promoting educational, harmonious relations, and the general well-being of the children, school, and community in the Starr School District. The Starr Parents Group is highly involved in improving our school.  All Starr parents and guardians are urged to attend the group's meetings and become active participants.
