The Technology Department provides hardware, software, training, repairs and maintenance for all network and computer systems.  Our department continually strives to meet the ever increasing demands of education in the 21st century.  We manage a robust Windows network offering the following to our staff and students:

• 1451 Computers (PC’s and Mac’s)
• 100 Laptops
• 343 iPads
• 280 Projectors
• 177 Document Cameras
• 142 SmartBoards
• 105 Classroom Audio Systems
• 114 Printers
• 132 Wireless Access Points
• More than 200 different software applications
• Personal network storage for all users
• Numerous building operation systems (cafeteria, library, phones, security, student information, …)

Over the past several years, the technology department has worked diligently to improve operational efficiency and increase learning opportunities.  The department is currently studying the possibility of a 1-to-1 learning environment with a tablet computer for every student at certain grade levels.  The state is moving all testing online, which will require several more computers than we currently have available.  Additionally, interactive textbooks and an abundance of quality resources are moving becoming available for tablets.
