*Collection Times – Please make every effort to stay with the assigned return days and times according to the first letter of your last name.  The alphabet has been divided so we do not disrupt traffic and have cars waiting on Stadium Road to enter the parking lot.  There is no need to arrive at the beginning of your assigned time block.  Please arrive throughout the 2-hour time frame so the number of students returning their items are spread out over 2 hours.

*Laptop Return Location – The students will return their laptop, charger, and district items to the gym entrances located by the Spirit Rock.

*Traffic Flow – Please enter parking lot B located off Stadium Road.  Cars will wind through the parking lot until reaching Potter gym door #20.  Door #20 will be used to give students the items left at school.  The student will proceed to door #21 to collect district property such as the laptop.  (A map of the traffic pattern is attached.)

Returning items to students = At door #20 (indicated by letter “A” on the attachment) CHS employees will give the student all items that were left inside the school or items that were earned by the student.  All items were removed from Career Tech lockers and student lockers in the hallway.  Projects, works of art, journals, end of year awards earned, graduation cords, programs from award ceremonies, athletic awards, NHS stole and the diploma cover are some of the other items that will be given to the student.

Collecting items from students = At door #21 (indicated by letter “B” on the attachment) CHS employees will collect district property such as laptops, laptop chargers, books, athletic uniforms, senior band uniforms and band instruments just to name a few items.
