Clay High School Alumni and Friends Hall of Fame Voting Procedures

This year, all current Hall of Fame members, CHS alumni and Oregon community members can vote for the individuals to be inducted into the CHS Hall of Fame.  The nominees and their bios are attached.  Please email Chris Walendzak ([email protected]) by June 30, 2020, with the names of your two selections for the Hall of Fame.  In the email, please remember to include your name, year of graduation or “friend” of CHS, your address, and phone/email.  If you prefer to mail your selection, please print the ballot and mail to CHS.  Ballots must be received by June 30.  Also, included in the attachment is a reservation form for the induction banquet that will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020.  If you have any questions about the process or banquet please contact CHS Principal, James Jurski, at [email protected].
